1) Parcel will be posted once FULL payment has been received TOGETHER with the transaction proof. Payment without payment proof will NOT be accepted.


2) Parcel will be posted at least 3 days a week except on public holidays. EC will inform the customer about the delivery date from time to time. Delivery date may differ every week. EC can change delivery date without prior notice.


3) Customers is NOT recommended to make last minute order. For next day delivery, payment MUST be made latest by 5pm the day before.

4) Once the payment has been made, kindly inform EC with TRANSACTION PROOF. EC will not responsible if the item has not been posted even though the payment has been made. Kindly inform EC via:

5) All parcels will be sent out using POSLAJU. Pos laju rate is as follows:

For first 500g;
Semenanjung Malaysia: RM 6
Sabah/Sarawak: RM9

​

If you buy a product(s) more than 500g, additional postage will be charged.

Policy​

​
1) All product sold are guaranteed 100% genuine.


2) Money back guarantee if you found out the product sold is not genuine (with solid proof) within 7 days after receiving the product(s).


3) Should there is a mistake with the parcel - wrong code or item sent, the parcel must be returned 7 days after receiving the product, with the conditions the item is new, unused, undamaged, etc.

4) We will not responsible for any damage/lost caused during the delivery.


5) If you made a payment more than the actual amount, eg., the actual amount due is RM46, but you deposited RM50, the balance will NOT be put in your parcel. Instead, we offer you the options:
    i) The balance will be refunded to your Maybank/CIMB account. If you choose this choice, kindly inform us the account details OR;
   ii) The balance will be kept for your future purchase(s). The amount will be deducted in your future purchase(s).
No cash will be refunded in the parcel since we want to avoid any lost of the money during the delivery.


6) Booking without deposit/payment is NOT allowed.
